This would be an ideal place for artists or writers and all the folks up north that like the warmer Texas winter to enjoy the seclusion of a beach property without the hassles of a resort. The cottage is decorated with a "south of the border" decor and faces the bay. Behind the cottage is protected wetlands which provides beautiful views of sunsets and birdwatching. There is a protected bier garten under the cottage with swing, lighting, and shelter from elements besides a workshop available for the handyman. Offered at $850 monthly plus deposit of $400. No pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. It is completely furnished with linens, dishes,electric skillet, toasteroven, coffee pot, etc. and includes utilities, cable hook up, and laundry facilities.
